West Towson is a distinctive neighborhood located within the unincorporated community of Towson, a suburb just minutes north of Baltimore. The boundaries of the West Towson neighborhood are:
- Bosley Avenue, on the east
- Both sides of Joppa Rd. running to the Charles St. bridge, on the north
- Charles Street, on the west
- Chesapeake Ave. to Charles Street Ave. to Towsontown Blvd. west to Charles Street, on the south
